En utilisant Planyt, tu acceptes ces conditions. Si tu ne les acceptes pas, n’utilise pas l’app.

1. Le service

Planyt est un calendrier pour iPhone. Ora, une assistante propulsée par l’intelligence artificielle, note tes rendez-vous et t’envoie des rappels par notification, texto, appel ou courriel.

2. Ton compte

Tu dois avoir au moins 14 ans. Tu es responsable de ton compte et de l’exactitude des renseignements que tu donnes, notamment ton numéro de téléphone, qui doit être le tien.

3. Abonnement et essai gratuit

• Planyt s’utilise avec un abonnement mensuel (Basic, Pro ou Business). Les prix sont en dollars canadiens, taxes en sus.
• Le premier mois est gratuit. Si tu n’annules pas au moins 24 heures avant la fin de l’essai, l’abonnement commence et se renouvelle chaque mois automatiquement.
• Tu peux annuler en tout temps dans Réglages > ton nom > Abonnements sur ton iPhone. L’annulation prend effet à la fin de la période payée.
• Les paiements et les remboursements sont gérés par Apple, selon ses propres règles.
• Chaque forfait inclut un nombre de textos, d’appels et de messages à Ora par mois, indiqué dans l’app.

4. Les rappels

Nous faisons tout pour que tes rappels arrivent à temps, mais ils dépendent de services externes (opérateurs, réseau, ton iPhone) et peuvent parfois être retardés ou ne pas arriver. Ne compte pas uniquement sur Planyt pour un rappel critique, par exemple un médicament essentiel.

5. Ora et l’intelligence artificielle

Ora peut se tromper ou mal comprendre une demande. Vérifie la date et l’heure qu’elle confirme. Ora ne donne pas de conseils médicaux, juridiques ou financiers.

6. Utilisation acceptable

Tu t’engages à ne pas utiliser Planyt pour envoyer des messages à d’autres personnes sans leur accord, pour du harcèlement ou des pourriels, ou pour tenter de nuire au service. Nous pouvons suspendre un compte qui ne respecte pas ces règles.

7. Propriété

Planyt, Ora, leur nom, leur logo et leur contenu nous appartiennent. Tes rendez-vous t’appartiennent.

8. Fin du service

Tu peux cesser d’utiliser Planyt et demander la suppression de ton compte en tout temps. Nous pouvons modifier ou arrêter le service ; dans ce cas, nous t’en avertirons à l’avance.

9. Responsabilité

Dans la mesure permise par la loi, Planyt n’est pas responsable des dommages indirects, comme un rendez-vous manqué. Rien dans ces conditions ne limite les droits que te donne la Loi sur la protection du consommateur du Québec.

10. Loi applicable

Ces conditions sont régies par les lois du Québec et du Canada.

By using Planyt, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

1. The service

Planyt is a calendar for iPhone. Ora, an AI-powered assistant, saves your appointments and sends you reminders by notification, text, call or email.

2. Your account

You must be at least 14 years old. You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your phone number, which must be your own.

3. Subscription and free trial

• Planyt is used with a monthly subscription (Basic, Pro or Business). Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.
• The first month is free. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and renews automatically every month.
• You can cancel anytime in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.
• Each plan includes a monthly number of texts, calls and messages to Ora, shown in the app.

4. Reminders

We do everything we can to deliver your reminders on time, but they depend on outside services (carriers, networks, your iPhone) and may sometimes be delayed or not arrive. Don’t rely on Planyt alone for a critical reminder, such as essential medication.

5. Ora and artificial intelligence

Ora can make mistakes or misunderstand a request. Check the date and time she confirms. Ora does not give medical, legal or financial advice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Planyt to send messages to other people without their consent, for harassment or spam, or to try to harm the service. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

7. Ownership

Planyt, Ora, their names, logos and content belong to us. Your appointments belong to you.

8. Ending the service

You can stop using Planyt and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may change or discontinue the service; if so, we will let you know in advance.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Planyt is not liable for indirect damages, such as a missed appointment. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada.
